Preview of my newest French photography project, Aide-mémoire. These were taken in and around Hotel du Pont and at the house I stayed in, Le Pech de Giroux, in a little village called Grolejac.
The scenery and buildings in the Dordogne really are lovely and April/May seems to be the time to go, since it isn't too touristy but the weather is still warm. I don't usually take black and white film but thought I'd try it with my new Pentacon Six TL. Seems to really suit the old falling down buildings.
